Product journey
- Provision — Internal operators onboard organizations, sites, and chargers (VPN-gated).
- Commission — Chargers go live on the OCPP gateway and appear in the operational fleet.
- Operate — NOC teams run fleet, sessions, and AI-assisted triage from the console.
